Album review #1

Dream Theater’s self titled album “Dream Theater” has been a successful hit since its release in September of 2013. An A+ for an album that has tasteful music put on the late. Clearly, John Petrucci’s guitar playing and Jordan Rudess’s keyboard style has led to some great musical pieces. John and Jordan slaughter solos in the instrumental piece “Enigma Machine.” Furthermore, “The Enemy Inside” track which has been nominated “Best Metal Performance” Grammy Award, holds on to typical mainstream DT music. Basically, fast tempos created by DT drummer Mike Mangini, John Myung’s stylistic bass playing, as well as James LaBrie vocal performing. Seeking for a next album has not been covered much. A video is available for anyone interested in listening to the full album.
